6. FRAUD

7. DISPUTES

Any dispute arising between clients and B&B ILAN TRAVEL SRL will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the Romanian courts will have jurisdiction.

8. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

8.1 The ticket represents the transport contract between B&B ILAN TRAVEL and the passenger. It is issued to the customer upon full payment of the trip. This ticket is considered a rental contract between the carrier and the customer during the time the latter is in the vehicle. The holder of this ticket acknowledges and accepts all General Conditions of Transport presented below. The ticket is nominal and cannot be transferred by its holder to another person.

8.2 Passengers must report for boarding at least 20 minutes before departure, and are also required to respect the duration of breaks during the trip. The minibus has the right to leave without passengers who do not respect the duration of the breaks set by the drivers and the company B&B ILAN TRAVEL is not responsible for the consequences caused by this fact. Passengers must plan their departure on the trip so that they arrive at least 2 hours before takeoff, in order to be able to complete the necessary boarding formalities in a timely manner. Upon boarding, passengers are required to present the travel voucher to the driver or dispatcher.

8.3 Passengers are prohibited from: damaging or dirtying the car, consuming alcoholic beverages, obstructing in any way the driver or other members of the crew in the proper performance of their specific duties, causing inconvenience or discomfort to passengers in the car or other traffic participants.

8.4 If the passenger’s behavior does not comply with this provision, B&B ILAN TRAVEL SRL may prohibit the passenger from making or continuing the trip, without the passenger having the right to compensation or subsequent reimbursement of the ticket price paid.

8.5 The carrier has the right to refuse transportation or to interrupt it without the right to compensation or reimbursement of the ticket price, if the passenger does not comply with the conditions of the transportation contract, violates the laws on the territory of Romania, if he is in a state indicating a contagious disease, has uncivilized behavior in the car or towards other passengers and endangers the safety of other passengers, thus disrupting the trip.

8.6 Smoking is prohibited in B&B ILAN TRAVEL SRL cars, the latter being authorized to ask passengers who violate this rule or defy the request not to smoke to get out of the car immediately without the right to compensation or reimbursement of the ticket price.

8.7 Access to B&B ILAN TRAVEL SRL cars is prohibited to persons who are intoxicated, and drivers are authorized to refuse transportation to persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

8.8 Throughout the trip, the passenger must comply with the conditions and safety rules on board the car, rules that are displayed or will be handed to the passenger by the B&B ILAN TRAVEL SRL crew. Each passenger is required, according to the law, to use the seat belt, if the car is equipped with them.

8.9 When departing for the airport, passengers are required to respect the departure time from the boarding point. Travelers who are late are not expected and the value of the ticket paid is not refunded, except in cases of emergency (death, hospitalization) based on supporting documents.

8.10 It is MANDATORY that passengers purchase the transfer ticket, so that the time difference between the landing time and the departure time of the flight from the airport is at least 30 minutes.

8.11 Passengers who wish to be picked up from their home will be contacted by the driver in advance, depending on the route and the time allocated to each address, so that the established departure time is respected (the allocated margin is 45 minutes before the departure time).

8.12 Departure times from Otopeni Airport can be postponed by a maximum of 15 minutes. B&B ILAN TRAVEL nu is responsible for delays caused by:

– airlines – in this case you can travel based on the ticket paid for on the next flight within the limit of available seats;
– prolonged waiting at the borders;
– police or customs checks on the route;
– difficult traffic conditions.

8.13 B&B ILAN TRAVEL is not responsible for arrival times at the destination and for the loss of connections with any other means of transport due to unforeseen traffic events (accidents, traffic jams, fires, blizzards and heavy snow).

8.14 The fare of the travel ticket includes a 20 kg checked baggage and a hand baggage. For an extra 20 kg baggage, an additional cost of 25 lei/baggage will be paid. It is recommended that valuables, personal documents and medicines be kept in hand baggage and not left unattended.

In the event of loss/theft of transported luggage, the company does not assume responsibility for compensation for the goods. Passengers are obliged to supervise their luggage during its handling, namely during boarding and disembarking. The transfer of luggage from/to the car is not the responsibility of the carrier or the driver.
