For over 10 years, we have been carrying out our activity with responsibility, respect and care for people – passengers, partners, employees and, above all, the communities we serve every day.
Social involvement is more than a periodic initiative for us. It is part of our identity, the way we see the world and the way we choose to work. We know that every gesture counts, and when done with sincerity, it can transform destinies and create real change.
Over time, we have supported numerous community projects, educational actions, cultural events and local initiatives dedicated to children, the elderly, people in difficulty or institutions that need logistical support. As a transport company, our role is not just to take people from one point to another, but to help the community move forward – more united, stronger, safer.
We get involved with resources, time, logistics and, most importantly, people. Each member of the B&B Ilan Travel team contributes with dedication to the initiatives we believe in, and this is seen in the way we relate to each project: with seriousness, transparency and a real desire to create a positive impact.
Through our social actions, we pursue three main directions:
• Supporting education and youth – because the future of a healthy community begins with access to learning and development.
• Supporting cultural and sports events – which unite people and energize the cities and villages in which we operate.
• Contribution in special or emergency situations – offering logistical support, transportation or direct help when the community needs us.

Football team
At B&B Ilan Travel we believe that a company’s responsibility does not stop at transportation services, but extends to the people and communities we are part of.
We are actively involved in supporting a local rural football team, a team close to one of our founders, offering them constant support to continue their activity and follow their passion. Our contribution means more than a punctual gesture – it means continuity and real involvement.
We ensure the team’s transportation to matches and trips, we have contributed to the production of sports equipment and we offer, whenever needed, financial support, so that these young people can perform in the best possible conditions.
For us, supporting local sports means supporting discipline, teamwork and values that build character. It is our way of giving back to the community and investing in the future.
A small act with a big impact
For B&B Ilan Travel, social involvement starts from the authentic connection we have with the people and places we come from. This month, on the eve of the holidays, we chose to return to where our roots are – in the Dănciulești commune.
Both shareholders of the company are originally from this community, and one of them, Lucian, is actively involved in the Dănciulești area, where we also operate inter-county flights. Out of the desire to do a good deed and bring a little joy to the children in the commune, we jointly organized a support action dedicated to the little ones.
Thus, we offered food packages and gifts for 120 children from the Dănciulești commune, as a gesture of solidarity and care towards the community that formed us. For us, this approach was not about visibility, but about responsibility, respect and gratitude.
We believe that the success of a company is also measured by the way it chooses to give back to the community. B&B Ilan Travel will continue to get involved in social initiatives that support people and contribute to a better future, where needed.
The Magic of Personal Development Project
We believe that being involved in a community means more than simply supporting projects – it means staying connected to the people and places that helped shape your journey.
Recently, our company joined an initiative organized by the “Dăruiește Șanse” Association, participating as a sponsor in a project dedicated to the children of Dănciulești commune – a place that holds special meaning for the founding members of our company, who grew up in this community.
As part of this initiative, gifts were offered to the children as a gesture of support and encouragement for the younger generation. Beyond this one-time contribution, we wanted to become involved in the long-term development of the project.
For this reason, our company will continue to support the activity of the “Dăruiește Șanse” Association by providing the transportation needed for volunteers and association members to travel to the schools and communities where educational and social activities for children are organized.
Through initiatives like these, we hope to help create meaningful experiences for children and support projects that bring people together, offering help where it is truly needed.
